Captngreggs Dive Resort has operated a trusted diving center since 1983, offering PADI certification courses from open water to divemaster. The dive shop provides wreck and technical diving through partnerships with Dive Raid, with guided trips to over 40 sites within 30 minutes of the resort. Guests receive hot towels and free soup after dives, and the boat crew helps with tank changes and gear setup.

Accommodations

The resort offers ten rooms across three levels: sea-view rooms on the second floor near the restaurant, ground-floor rooms close to the dive shop, and rooftop rooms. Each room is air-conditioned with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and balcony or terrace, with multiple hanger rods for drying dive gear. Deluxe Single Rooms with Sea View provide direct ocean views from the second floor.

Dining

The on-site restaurant serves Asian cuisine, including local Filipino dishes like tapsilog and bulalo, as well as Western options such as burgers and steaks. An English breakfast is available daily, and the second-floor railing tables offer ocean views during meals. The bar serves drinks including a strong gin juice called 'juice,' and BBQ facilities are available for guests.

The resort sits directly on Sabang Beach, with Small La Laguna Beach and Big La Laguna Beach within walking distance. Sabang Beach provides access to snorkeling, diving, and other water activities, and the strip of bars and restaurants is steps away. Ninoy Aquino International Airport is 136 km away, with airport shuttle service available.
